We offer free shipping for the physical Exodus Effect product to anywhere in the continental United States. All orders placed between the hours of 6 am and 3 pm Monday and Friday will be shipped out in 5-10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays. Handling is also included in your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking numbers necessary to locate and track the status of your order in transit.
Non-continental US customers are only eligible to redeem their purchase of the Exodus Effect product for the digital version. Continental US customers will also receive immediate access to the digital version of Exodus Effect.
Any bonuses and/or additional purchases are only redeemable as digital content. All digital content is available immediately after purchase from the members area.
Refund Policy
All refund requests for orders made inside the U.S. come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. That means there is no time limit for receiving a refund for your order. However, in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Purchases made outside of the U.S. do not include a physical copy of Exodus Effect and come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. For foreign purchases, all refund requests must be made no more than 60 days after the initial purchase date.
